Limited Warranty From Electric Cleaner Co. (Included with every new dryer & motor purchase.)

Electric Cleaner Co. K-9 Dryers are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and/or motors for two years from the day of purchase.  

All other parts are guaranteed 90 days against defects in workmanship and/or materials. 

Warranty on motor-turbines is applicable only if motor-turbines haven not been taken apart or tampered with.

The customer is responsible to pay the shipping cost to Electric Cleaner Comapany in Osseo, WI. If the warranty claim is accepted, the return shipping cost back will be free of charge to the customer.

All shipping costs for international warranty claims are paid by the customer. 

 

Extended Warranty From K-9Dryer.com

The Extended K9 Dryer Warranty extends the Electric Cleaner Co. Limited Warranty. This warranty guarantees against defects in workmanship and/or motors for an additional year or two years after the regular 2-year Electric Cleaner Company Co. Limited Warranty. 

All other parts are guaranteed 180 days against defects in workmanship and/or materials.
