Returns & Exchanges

Products may be returned or exchanged within 30-days from the date of purchase.  

All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

In the event of an exchange, the cost to ship the replacement items will be invoiced to the customer and must be paid before the replacement order is fulfilled. The shipping cost of the original order will not be refunded.

To be eligible for a full return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Gift Cards
  • Digital Download Products
  • Warranty Products
  • Subscription Products

Returns without a valid RMA request will not be accepted. 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.  Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will only be eligible for a partial refund determined at our decision. 

Refunds issued are only up to the amount paid for the product(s).  All shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. 

Any refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 business days.
