Due to a sudden rush of orders, the fulfillment time is longer than normal. The current fulfillment time is now between 2 - 5 business days.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING orders do require 2 - 5 business days for fullfillment before the order is shipped.
All shipments originate from the manufacturer, Electric Cleaner Company, in Osseo, Wisconsin.
220v and CSA dryers take an additonal 2 business days for fulfillment because they are made-to-order.
We are not responsible for lost pakages/orders or delivery delays. Please contact us if you need assistance filing a claim with UPS/USPS.
The international customer is responsible for paying all taxes and duties required by the country the dryer is being delivered to, including applicable VAT and GST. This is paid to UPS upon delivery.
