This price ONLY covers the technicians review and labor. In addition, the shipping cost to the manufacturer in Osseo, WI is calculated at checkout. We do not accept coupons on any repair services.
If everything goes perfectly it could be as low as an 8-day turnaround, but this is hard to judge. We always try our best to get your unit back to you as soon as possible. Below are some of the factors that can lengthen the amount of time it takes to get a dryer back to you.
We have UPS ground to and from which will be roughly 6 days.
Holiday breaks.
Your location matters for shipping time.
Making or missing the UPS cut-offs can add time.
How fast you respond to our estimate makes a big difference.
Where we fall during the week also can add time since we do not currently work on k9 dryer repairs on the weekends.
Over the last 30 days, we really tried hard to reach you by phone, email, and text but couldn't so we had to ship your unit back to you. I hope you understand we do not have enough space to hold units indefinitely.
