This price ONLY covers the below. Low-cost shipping (to and from) is calculated at checkout. We do not accept coupons on any repair service.

Repair Process Walkthrough
- Add the repair type needed to your cart.
- Checkout, using the return address for the k9 dryer as the shipping address.
- In 1 business day, your return label will be emailed to you.
- Securely package the dryer making sure the shipping label is visible.
- Drop the package off at any UPS certified location.
- A technician will diagnose and email you an estimated price to fix your dryer.
- If you accept you can pay the estimate online.
- Your dryer will be fixed and you will be notified via email of the return shipment.

Why is the shipping so high?
The shipping total is for both directions. To us and back to you. When you divide it by 2 you will see that its an incredibly low rate.
How long does it take to fix my dryer?
If everything goes perfectly it could be as low as an 8-day turnaround but this is hard to judge we‚ always try our best to get your unit back to you as soon as possible. Below are some of the factors that can lengthen the amount of time it takes to get a dryer back to you.
- We have UPS ground to and from which will be roughly 6 days.
- Holiday breaks.
- Your location matters for shipping time.
- Making or missing the UPS cut-offs can add time.
- How fast you respond to our estimate makes a big difference.
- Where we fall during the week also can add time since we do not currently work on k9 dryer repairs on the weekends.
If I refuse to accept the fees to fix my unit then what?
We can ship your unit back to you, recycle your unit or apply a $25 discount on a dryer of your choice.
You shipped my unit back without my permission or fixing it. Why?
Over the last 30 days, we really tried hard to reach you by phone, email, and text but couldn't so we had to ship your unit back to you. I hope you understand we do not have enough space to hold units indefinitely.
Will you check if my dryer is still under warranty?
Yes, and we will apply all applicable savings to your repair. Freight is not covered under warranty.
