Repair Process Walkthrough
- Add the repair type needed to your cart
- Checkout, use your shipping address as the ruturn address for your k9 dryer
- Within 1 business day your return label will be emailed to you
- Securely package the dryer, making sure the shipping label is visible
- Drop the package off at any UPS certified location
- A technician will diagnose and email you an estimated price for the replacement parts
- If you accept you can pay the estimate online
- Your dryer will be fixed and you will be notified via email of the return shipment
FAQs
Due to increased production needs, repair turnaround is about 3 weeks. We always try our best to get your unit back to you as soon as possible. Below are some of the factors that can lengthen the amount of time it takes to get a dryer back to you.
- We have UPS ground to and from which will be roughly 6 days.
- Holiday breaks.
- Your location matters for shipping time.
- Making or missing the UPS cut-offs can add time.
- How fast you respond to our estimate makes a big difference.
- Where we fall during the week also can add time since we do not currently work on K9 dryer repairs on the weekends.
If I refuse to accept the fees to fix my unit then what?
We can ship your unit back to you, recycle your unit or apply a $25 discount on a dryer of your choice.
You shipped my unit back without my permission or fixing it. Why?
Over the last 30 days, we really tried hard to reach you by phone, email, and text but couldn't so we had to ship your unit back to you. I hope you understand we do not have enough space to hold units indefinitely.
