1. K9 Dryer Repair Service

IMPORTANT - Repair purchases must be the only item in the cart when checking out. Only ONE repair per order.

This price ONLY covers the technicians review and labor. In addition, the shipping cost to the manufacturer in Osseo, WI and back to you is calculated at checkout. We do not accept coupons on any repair services. We are unable to process international repairs, for USA only.

HOW TO ORDER A REPAIR:

1. Click on which dryer type you need repaired.
2. Click Add To Cart (one repair per order & no other items in cart).
3. Click Checkout.
4. Fill in the order page as normal - the Delivery Address is the address you want your repaired dryer shipped back to.
5. Choose UPS Ground shipping - expedited shipping is not applicable on repair orders.
6. Enter your payment info and click Pay Now.
7. Shipping Label - you will be emailed a UPS shipping label to use for your repair within 24 hours (Please Contact Us if needed ASAP).
8. Package the dryer securely and drop it off at the nearest UPS Store.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT:

1. The dryer is shipped to the K-9 manufacturer Electric Cleaner Company in Osseo, WI. The same technicians that build the dryers will be repairing the dryers.
2. After your dryer is reviewed, the technicians will email us a list of repaired parts needed.
3. An invoice of the parts needed will be created and emailed to you. 
4. You pay the invoice through the email.
5. The dryer is then repaired and mailed back to you.
6. You will receive a confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number.

NOTE:

• Due to increased production needs, the repair turnaround is about 4 weeks. The following are some factors that lengthen the time it takes for the dryer to get back to you:
  • UPS Ground can take 6 days for one way shipping depending on your location.
  • Holiday breaks
  • Delay in paying the invoice
  • When the delivery at the manufacturer falls during the week - repairs are typically done at the end of the week.

• If you refuse to accept the invoice fees:
  • We can ship the dryer back to you (no refund).
  • We can recycle your dryer (no refund).
  • You may receive a $25 credit towards a new dryer order.

• If you do not pay within 30 days:
  • We will try to reach you by email and phone, but if we cannot get ahold of you we will mail the unrepaired dryer back to you.
    
  • Space is not available to hold the dryer indefinitely.
