Exactly what I was expecting!
Our k9 dryer is the best quality piece of equipment that we have owned in 20 years. That is saying a lot because we own a landscape business and NOTHING lasts anymore. I purchased the dryer in 2006. Replaced the on off switches a time or two and finally the hose. Impressive piece of equipment!!!!

First of all the customer service is amazing!! I inquired about my hose having a hole in it just shy of a year after using and they sent me a brand new one. I am so so happy with this company as I am a veryyyy small business and not a lot of money so something like this failing on me so soon was so important! Thank you so much!
