Must be installed inside the Heavy Duty Filter (sold seperately)
When installed on a K-9 II, the decibels drop to 79 from 92 (measurement taken 24" from the dryer)
Temperature is only increased by 2° F
Airflow is slowed by only 2-3%
Works on all K-9 Dryers
Clean by washing in luke warm water with dish soap, can be air dried overnight or in a dryer on delicate
Mini, Fluffer, K-9 I, K-9 II requires 1 Heavy Duty FIlter + 1 Muffler
K-9 III requires 2 Heavy Duty Filters + 2 Mufflers

Dryer is great

I bought the muffler and airfilter separately. They should be included in the price of the dryer. It cuts the sound level down more than half. It also filters more hair away from getting inside the dryer.
